Community Wardens are in your area to listen, support and advise residents and those that visit the area!
Whilst out on patrol team members are asked about a range of different issues such as lost dogs, cats to lost teeth. No day is the same for a Community Warden who also gather evidence and photos of dumped refuse which is passed onto the local Street Environment Managers who issue the necessary fines. The biggest issue reported to the warden team is related to neighbour nuisance and anti-social behaviour.

visiting the schools and carrying out environmental clean up events including litter picks.
Residents highlight litter and dumped refuse as a problem in the area, in addition to using wheelie bins making use and promoting the service of the bulky refuse removal service is one way of ensuring that items are not just dumped becoming someone else’s problem.

We do appreciate any information reported to us from those that have witnessed refuse being dumped illegally and will ensure action is taken against the perpetrator!
